These terms apply to using the Hetyo store and purchasing our products. Hetyo is operated by Guangzhou Laixiu Bar E-commerce Co., Ltd, Room 207, 2nd Floor, No. 7 Xinfa Road, Lanhe Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, support@hetyo.com. Your purchase contract is with this Company, not with the platform that hosts the store.
1. Agreement and company
Hetyo is the customer-facing store name used by Guangzhou Laixiu Bar E-commerce Co., Ltd (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Room 207, 2nd Floor, No. 7 Xinfa Road, Lanhe Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, support@hetyo.com. The Company operates www.hetyo.com and is the seller responsible for orders placed through this store.
These Terms govern use of the website and purchases made through it, together with the policies expressly referenced here. Shopify provides the commerce platform but is not the seller of products listed by the Company. Review product details, shipping information and return conditions before ordering.

2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location or use the store with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep any account credentials confidential. We may request reasonable verification to protect customers and prevent fraud.
3. Products and product information
Hetyo offers physical home-organization products and related accessories. Product pages describe the selected item, included components, price and relevant use or care information. Props shown for context are not included unless expressly stated. Colors may vary with screens and lighting, and dimensions may be approximate where identified as such.
Read the size, materials and compatibility information before purchase. Products must be used for their intended purpose and according to supplied instructions. Storage products are not childproof safety devices or substitutes for professional advice unless a listing expressly and lawfully states otherwise.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that the order was received; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or otherwise expressly accept the order, subject to applicable law.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, a material listing error, an unsupported destination or suspected fraud. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund. We will not charge a higher amount because of a correction without your consent.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices and currency are shown in the store and confirmed at checkout. The checkout summary identifies the product amount, shipping and any taxes collected through checkout. Promotions apply only under their published conditions. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment providers and banks may apply separate terms, conversion charges or foreign-transaction fees.
6. Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms. Orders are normally prepared within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated carrier transit is approximately 2–4 weeks for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and supported European destinations, and approximately 2–5 weeks for other supported destinations. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day request window, item conditions, return authorization, costs and refund process. Contact us before sending goods back.
After an authorized return is inspected and approved, Hetyo initiates the approved refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Any additional posting time is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
Cancellation, address or order changes should be requested within 24 hours after ordering. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins and an order cannot be changed after dispatch. Mandatory remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are not excluded.
8. Acceptable use
Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with customers or operation of the service. You must not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others or collect personal information without lawful authority.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Store design, text, graphics, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company or the relevant rights holder. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Feedback or reviews should reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful material or another person’s confidential information. Any use of a submission remains subject to applicable law and separately stated review terms.
10. Third-party services and links
The store may link to Shopify services, payment providers, carriers, tracking services or other third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean that the third party operates Hetyo or assumes our retail obligations.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information is processed, why it is used, the providers involved and how to make a privacy request. Do not submit another person’s information without an appropriate lawful basis or authorization.
12. Availability and errors
We take reasonable care with store information but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may correct typographical errors, update content, maintain systems or temporarily restrict access. If an error materially affects an existing order, we will contact you about the available options, subject to applicable law.
13. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability, warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for products that do not conform to the purchase contract. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses arising from personal consumer use, misuse, unauthorized modification or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. This choice does not remove rights or access to courts that applicable consumer law gives you.
If a dispute arises, contact support@hetyo.com with the order number and a description of the issue so that we can attempt a practical resolution. If it remains unresolved, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
15. Changes, severability and contact
The updated date identifies this version. This version is effective from June 2026 and was last updated in June 2026. We may revise these Terms prospectively as the store or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order was accepted governs that order unless a lawful change is agreed. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
